Privacy note

Who we are. XENIA is the coaching practice of Ksenia Godovalova. This note covers the contact form on this site.

What is stored. When you tap Call, Text or Email, this site stores:

  • the details you typed: first name, last name, email and phone;
  • the topic of the page you were on and which button you tapped;
  • that you agreed to share them, which version of this wording you saw (version 2026-10-31), and the date and time;
  • whether the notification email to Ksenia went out.

To stop spam and abuse, it also stores:

  • a scrambled (one-way, keyed) form of your IP address. The IP address itself is never stored; for IPv6 only the network part is scrambled;
  • a scrambled form of your email address, to limit how often one address can send the form;
  • a scrambled form of the details you typed, used only to spot an accidental double send within 2 minutes;
  • your browser's name and version (its user-agent), cut to 256 characters;
  • a random request number your browser makes, so a repeated tap isn't saved twice.

If the "are you a person" check fails, only the scrambled IP value and the time are kept, and that record is deleted after 24 hours.

There is no message field, and nothing else is collected through the form.

What you type stays only in this browser tab (its session storage) until it is sent or you close the tab.

Why. Only so Ksenia can reply to you, and to protect the form from spam and abuse.

Where they go and who processes them. Your details are emailed to Ksenia's Gmail inbox so she can reply to you. Two companies handle them, Cloudflare and Google (Gmail), US-based companies, so your details may be processed in the US:

  • Cloudflare hosts this site, stores your details and sends the notification email. It also runs the "are you a person" check (Turnstile): your browser talks to Cloudflare directly, and your IP address is sent to Cloudflare for that check.
  • Google (Gmail) hosts Ksenia's inbox, where the notification email arrives.

How long.

  • On the site: your details are deleted automatically after 12 months by a daily clean-up job.
  • In Ksenia's inbox: Ksenia deletes the notification emails once they are 12 months old, or sooner when you ask.
  • Spreadsheet (CSV) exports: made only when needed, as a one-off copy, and deleted after use.
  • After deletion: a copy can stay for about 30 days in Cloudflare's database restore points (D1 Time Travel) and in Gmail's Trash, and is then gone for good. These copies are only used to recover from an accident.

Deleting them. To delete your details at any time, or to see or correct them, email [email protected]. Ksenia will delete them from the site's records and from her inbox, and confirm when it is done. A copy can still stay for about 30 days in Cloudflare's restore points (D1 Time Travel) and in Gmail's Trash, and is then gone for good.

No selling, no marketing. Your details are never sold and never used for marketing or newsletters.

Under 16? This form is not for anyone under 16 to use on their own. Please ask a parent or guardian to get in touch with Ksenia for you, using their own details.
